Materials & quality
Our art posters are printed using the professional Giclée technique on 230g matte museum-quality paper. The paper is acid-free, thick and has a light texture, which gives an exclusive look and a beautiful reproduction of colors and details.
It is made to preserve both colors and paper quality for many years without yellowing or fading – just like you know from art exhibitions and museums. Each poster is printed and quality assured in our own production in Copenhagen.
Free framing - ready to hang
When purchasing a poster with an accompanying frame, we offer framing at no extra cost. We ensure that the glass is thoroughly cleaned and dust is removed so that the poster is ready to hang upon receipt.
Our frames are made of high quality materials and are available in solid oak, dark stained oak and black painted pine. All frames come with real glass, while the largest sizes (70 × 100 cm and 100 × 140 cm) have 2 mm acrylic glass, which looks like glass but is lighter and more shatterproof (durable).
With metal hangers on the back, the frame can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. We take care of the entire process so your poster is ready to hang upon receipt.

The art poster: "The Olive Trees" by the artist Vincent van Gogh is a painted poster that Peléton has recreated. This poster series of Vincent van Gogh's art posters features his artwork with bold colours and dramatic, impulsive and expressive brushwork. This art print is part of Peleton's vintage collection with museum layout. The art poster is produced on premium paper with long life, high translucency and detailed colour reproduction.

Print
At Peléton, we never compromise on quality, which is why we print on thick 230g environmentally certified paper with a matte museum-quality surface. The paper is age-resistant, meaning that colors, depth, and texture are beautifully preserved over time – without fading. The result is a poster that maintains its appearance year after year.
Most of our art posters are available in several different sizes. The size always refers to the actual paper format of the poster.
Frames
The frame dimensions indicate the size of the posters they fit. The outer dimensions of the frame itself will be slightly larger, depending on the chosen profile and size. Frames in sizes A4 to 50x70 cm have a width and depth of 1.5 cm and come with real glass. For sizes over 70x100 cm, the frames measure 2 cm in both width and depth and come with plexiglass that imitates real glass.
The frames in oak are made of solid oak. The dark variant is stained to achieve a deep, warm tone, while the black frame is made of black-painted pine with the same elegant profile.
All frames are equipped with metal hangers on two sides and can therefore be hung both vertically and horizontally. The frames are designed to make it easy to frame and replace posters – even if you already have a poster and just need the right frame in the same size.
Available sizes
Our art posters are available in several sizes, so you can easily find the perfect solution for your wall. Some formats are close in size but still create different visual expressions.
A4 is a compact size, equivalent to a standard A4 sheet. It is ideal for smaller spaces, fits well on a shelf in a bookcase, or as an extra detail on a picture wall.
A3 & 30 x 40 cm are both flexible sizes that work well alone or in combination with other posters. A3 has a more elongated format, while 30 × 40 cm is slightly wider and appears more balanced. Both are good choices for narrower walls, above a desk, or as part of a gallery wall.
A2 & 40 x 50 cmare both sizes that provide a stronger visual expression without dominating the space. A2 has a taller rectangular shape, while 40 × 50 cm is more square. Both sizes are particularly well suited above a dresser, as part of a picture wall, or as a nice detail in a larger room.
50 x 50 cm is a square piece that creates a nice balance on a wall. It works beautifully as a standalone artwork or as part of a gallery wall, where it can provide a calm and graphic expression. Perfect for both living room, office, or entryway, where you want a format with character without taking up too much space.
A1 and 50 × 70 cmare both popular choices for larger walls. A1 has a longer format, making it ideal for spacious walls, while 50 × 70 cm is a classic poster size in many homes. Whether the poster hangs alone as a stylish statement, leans against the wall on a piece of furniture, or is integrated into a gallery wall, it fits perfectly into any home.
70 × 100 cm is a statement piece that works best on larger walls or in open spaces where the poster can be allowed to stand out. The size is approximately equivalent to the width of a standard door and gives a stylish expression.
100 × 140 cm is our largest format and is known as the XL poster. It is an impressive size and is the ultimate statement on a large wall in any room it appears in. Its size makes it ideal for a large wall, where it can stand alone or be combined with other furniture. You can also style it with a bench underneath, a lamp, or a chair beside it to create a harmonious balance in the decor.
If you are unsure which size fits best, we recommend trying out the different formats with painter's tape on the wall or placing paper cutouts to see how the different sizes fit with your decor.
